From $349K To More Than $3 Million

The difference between the least and most expensive homes in this roundup is nearly $3 million.

At the lower end of the market, buyers are largely looking at condos, with $349,000 getting you a studio in downtown Toronto and around $450,000 opening up one-bedroom options near the waterfront.

Move toward $575,000 and buyers can find larger condo townhouses outside the core.

Around $900,000 to $1 million, detached properties begin appearing in neighbourhoods such as Rexdale and Scarborough, while budgets above $1 million bring larger semis and renovated detached homes into the mix.

And once the budget reaches $2 million to $3 million, the listings shift toward newer custom homes with significantly more living space and higher-end finishes.

These 13 properties offer a snapshot of just how different Toronto real estate can look depending on where you buy and how much you have to spend.
